Is ground work required to build the correct base for the tank? The foundation for the new base must be stable and level.
The new base must also match the dimensions of the tank to be installed. The height of the base is determined by the distance of the tank from the boiler. The further away the boiler is from the tank, the higher the base must be). The use of additional materials and time will of course affect the cost of the work.

No, it does not. Yes, we will ask you about the approximate amount of oil in your tank before we start, but only for general information about the work to be done.

Yes, of course - if your current tank is in good condition, you can continue to use it. However, if your tank is more than 10 years old, we recommend that you replace it.

Under Irish regulations, single skin tanks are permitted if the tank volume does not exceed 2500 litres and/or if the property is close to a water source, open drains, river or lake.
Bunded tanks are much more expensive than single skin tanks.
In the vast majority of cases we recommend the installation of single skin tanks.

Normally the job takes 2-3 hours.
If you are installing multiple tanks or require extensive ground work, the time will increase.
